Digital information

Concerned for the lives of the world’s most important pollinators, we created an app to improve the lives of bees. To do this, we used IoT technology that sends information about hive conditions directly to a mobile app. This allows beekeepers to 24-hour hive monitoring and keep track of current parameters such as temperature, humidity, weight and location. The app in the hands of beekeepers becomes a valuable tool for hive management. The actual information provided from the hive allows them for even better care of the bees and quickly react in case of any deterioration in parameters.

Working on the My Hives project is, above all, a very valuable adventure for me. The amazing thing is that, as a team, of ambitious and young people we use what modern technology gives us, and as a result, we contribute to improving the quality of life of these small and breathtaking creatures - bees.
After all, It's all about the bees, right? 🙂
Aleksandra Duło - Marketing Manager (GaMP)
My Hives idea is to monitor bees and analyze them to learn about their behavior and then react upon it to save bees and save the whole ecosystem in the future. The technologies behind this project and especially the IoT concepts that the project built based on it makes that project has a promising future. It was a great honor for me to work on such a project.
Amr Sheta – Backend developer (GaMP)
My hives aim to provide an organized and friendly-user application to handle devices and tasks concerned with bees, in addition to monitoring bees' life cycle with simple UI via web or mobile. This project is my first project with GAMP, it gave me a great experience as a front-end developer and I am proud that I got the chance to have a contribution to such a project.
